CVE-2022-24801 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Oracle and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Zfs Storage Appliance Kit and 1 more | 2024-02-28 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 8.1 HIGH |
Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to version 22.4.0rc1, the Twisted Web HTTP 1.1 server, located in the `twisted.web.http` module, parsed several HTTP request constructs more leniently than permitted by RFC 7230. This non-conformant parsing can lead to desync if requests pass through multiple HTTP parsers, potentially resulting in HTTP request smuggling. Users who may be affected use Twisted Web's HTTP 1.1 server and/or proxy and also pass requests through a different HTTP server and/or proxy. The Twisted Web client is not affected. The HTTP 2.0 server uses a different parser, so it is not affected. The issue has been addressed in Twisted 22.4.0rc1. Two workarounds are available: Ensure any vulnerabilities in upstream proxies have been addressed, such as by upgrading them; or filter malformed requests by other means, such as configuration of an upstream proxy.

CVE-2022-1441 | 2 Debian, Gpac | 2 Debian Linux, Gpac | 2024-02-28 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
MP4Box is a component of GPAC-2.0.0, which is a widely-used third-party package on RPM Fusion. When MP4Box tries to parse a MP4 file, it calls the function `diST_box_read()` to read from video. In this function, it allocates a buffer `str` with fixed length. However, content read from `bs` is controllable by user, so is the length, which causes a buffer overflow.

CVE-2022-26360 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Xen | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Xen | 2024-02-28 | 4.4 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
IOMMU: RMRR (VT-d) and unity map (AMD-Vi) handling issues T[his CNA information record relates to multiple CVEs; the text explains which aspects/vulnerabilities correspond to which CVE.] Certain PCI devices in a system might be assigned Reserved Memory Regions (specified via Reserved Memory Region Reporting, "RMRR") for Intel VT-d or Unity Mapping ranges for AMD-Vi. These are typically used for platform tasks such as legacy USB emulation. Since the precise purpose of these regions is unknown, once a device associated with such a region is active, the mappings of these regions need to remain continuouly accessible by the device. This requirement has been violated. Subsequent DMA or interrupts from the device may have unpredictable behaviour, ranging from IOMMU faults to memory corruption.
CVE-2021-32436 | 3 Abcm2ps Project, Debian, Fedoraproject | 3 Abcm2ps, Debian Linux, Fedora | 2024-02-28 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |

CVE-2022-24917 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Zabbix | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Frontend | 2024-02-28 | 2.1 LOW | 4.4 MEDIUM |
An authenticated user can create a link with reflected Javascript code inside it for services’ page and send it to other users. The payload can be executed only with a known CSRF token value of the victim, which is changed periodically and is difficult to predict. Malicious code has access to all the same objects as the rest of the web page and can make arbitrary modifications to the contents of the page being displayed to a victim during social engineering attacks.

CVE-2022-23634 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Puma and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Puma and 1 more | 2024-02-28 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
Puma is a Ruby/Rack web server built for parallelism. Prior to `puma` version `5.6.2`, `puma` may not always call `close` on the response body. Rails, prior to version `7.0.2.2`, depended on the response body being closed in order for its `CurrentAttributes` implementation to work correctly. The combination of these two behaviors (Puma not closing the body + Rails' Executor implementation) causes information leakage. This problem is fixed in Puma versions 5.6.2 and 4.3.11. This problem is fixed in Rails versions 7.02.2, 6.1.4.6, 6.0.4.6, and 5.2.6.2. Upgrading to a patched Rails _or_ Puma version fixes the vulnerability.
CVE-2022-31031 | 2 Debian, Teluu | 2 Debian Linux, Pjsip | 2024-02-28 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 9.8 CRITICAL |
PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C language implementing standard based protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP, STUN, TURN, and ICE. In versions prior to and including 2.12.1 a stack buffer overflow vulnerability affects PJSIP users that use STUN in their applications, either by: setting a STUN server in their account/media config in PJSUA/PJSUA2 level, or directly using `pjlib-util/stun_simple` API. A patch is available in commit 450baca which should be included in the next release. There are no known workarounds for this issue. |
