CVE-2020-6097 | 3 Atftp Project, Debian, Opensuse | 3 Atftp, Debian Linux, Leap | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
An exploitable denial of service vulnerability exists in the atftpd daemon functionality of atftp 0.7.git20120829-3.1+b1. A specially crafted sequence of RRQ-Multicast requests trigger an assert() call resulting in denial-of-service. An attacker can send a sequence of malicious packets to trigger this vulnerability.

An exploitable denial of service vulnerability exists in the GstRTSPAuth functionality of GStreamer/gst-rtsp-server 1.14.5. A specially crafted RTSP setup request can cause a null pointer deference resulting in denial-of-service. An attacker can send a malicious packet to trigger this vulnerability.

CVE-2020-5267 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Opensuse and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Leap and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 3.5 LOW | 4.0 MEDIUM |
In ActionView before versions 6.0.2.2 and 5.2.4.2, there is a possible XSS vulnerability in ActionView's JavaScript literal escape helpers. Views that use the `j` or `escape_javascript` methods may be susceptible to XSS attacks. The issue is fixed in versions 6.0.2.2 and 5.2.4.2.
CVE-2020-5260 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 9.3 CRITICAL |
Affected versions of Git have a vulnerability whereby Git can be tricked into sending private credentials to a host controlled by an attacker. Git uses external "credential helper" programs to store and retrieve passwords or other credentials from secure storage provided by the operating system. Specially-crafted URLs that contain an encoded newline can inject unintended values into the credential helper protocol stream, causing the credential helper to retrieve the password for one server (e.g., good.example.com) for an HTTP request being made to another server (e.g., evil.example.com), resulting in credentials for the former being sent to the latter. There are no restrictions on the relationship between the two, meaning that an attacker can craft a URL that will present stored credentials for any host to a host of their choosing. The vulnerability can be triggered by feeding a malicious URL to git clone. However, the affected URLs look rather suspicious; the likely vector would be through systems which automatically clone URLs not visible to the user, such as Git submodules, or package systems built around Git. The problem has been patched in the versions published on April 14th, 2020, going back to v2.17.x. Anyone wishing to backport the change further can do so by applying commit 9a6bbee (the full release includes extra checks for git fsck, but that commit is sufficient to protect clients against the vulnerability). The patched versions are: 2.17.4, 2.18.3, 2.19.4, 2.20.3, 2.21.2, 2.22.3, 2.23.2, 2.24.2, 2.25.3, 2.26.1.
CVE-2020-5208 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Ipmitool Project and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Ipmitool and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 MEDIUM | 7.7 HIGH |
It's been found that multiple functions in ipmitool before 1.8.19 neglect proper checking of the data received from a remote LAN party, which may lead to buffer overflows and potentially to remote code execution on the ipmitool side. This is especially dangerous if ipmitool is run as a privileged user. This problem is fixed in version 1.8.19.
CVE-2020-5202 | 3 Apt-cacher-ng Project, Debian, Opensuse | 4 Apt-cacher-ng, Debian Linux, Backports and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 2.1 LOW | 5.5 MEDIUM |
apt-cacher-ng through 3.3 allows local users to obtain sensitive information by hijacking the hardcoded TCP port. The /usr/lib/apt-cacher-ng/acngtool program attempts to connect to apt-cacher-ng via TCP on localhost port 3142, even if the explicit SocketPath=/var/run/apt-cacher-ng/socket command-line option is passed. The cron job /etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher-ng (which is active by default) attempts this periodically. Because 3142 is an unprivileged port, any local user can try to bind to this port and will receive requests from acngtool. There can be sensitive data in these requests, e.g., if AdminAuth is enabled in /etc/apt-cacher-ng/security.conf. This sensitive data can leak to unprivileged local users that manage to bind to this port before the apt-cacher-ng daemon can.
CVE-2020-4675 | 4 Ibm, Linux, Microsoft and 1 more | 6 Aix, Infosphere Master Data Management Server, Linux On Ibm Z and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server 11.6 is vulnerable to cross-site request forgery which could allow an attacker to execute malicious and unauthorized actions transmitted from a user that the website trusts. IBM X-Force ID: 186324.
CVE-2020-4067 | 5 Canonical, Coturn Project, Debian and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Coturn, Debian Linux and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.0 HIGH |
In coturn before version 4.5.1.3, there is an issue whereby STUN/TURN response buffer is not initialized properly. There is a leak of information between different client connections. One client (an attacker) could use their connection to intelligently query coturn to get interesting bytes in the padding bytes from the connection of another client. This has been fixed in 4.5.1.3.
CVE-2020-4033 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 3.1 LOW |
In FreeRDP before version 2.1.2, there is an out of bounds read in RLEDECOMPRESS. All FreeRDP based clients with sessions with color depth < 32 are affected. This is fixed in version 2.1.2.
CVE-2020-4032 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 3.1 LOW |
In FreeRDP before version 2.1.2, there is an integer casting vulnerability in update_recv_secondary_order. All clients with +glyph-cache /relax-order-checks are affected. This is fixed in version 2.1.2. |
