CVE-2024-46977 | 1 Openc3 | 1 Cosmos | 2024-10-31 | N/A | 6.5 MEDIUM |
OpenC3 COSMOS provides the functionality needed to send commands to and receive data from one or more embedded systems. A path traversal vulnerability inside of LocalMode's open_local_file method allows an authenticated user with adequate permissions to download any .txt via the ScreensController#show on the web server COSMOS is running on (depending on the file permissions). This vulnerability is fixed in 5.19.0.
CVE-2024-47171 | 1 Agnai | 1 Agnai | 2024-10-30 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
Agnai is an artificial-intelligence-agnostic multi-user, mult-bot roleplaying chat system. A vulnerability in versions prior to 1.0.330 permits attackers to upload image files at attacker-chosen location on the server. This issue can lead to image file uploads to unauthorized or unintended directories, including overwriting of existing images which may be used for defacement. This does not affect `agnai.chat`, installations using S3-compatible storage, or self-hosting that is not publicly exposed. Version 1.0.330 fixes this vulnerability.
CVE-2024-10379 | 1 Esafenet | 1 Cdg | 2024-10-30 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in ESAFENET CDG 5. Affected by this vulnerability is the function actionViewDecyptFile of the file /com/esafenet/servlet/client/DecryptApplicationService.java. The manipulation of the argument decryptFileId with the input ../../../Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts leads to path traversal: '../filedir'. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The affected function has a typo and is missing an R. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.

CVE-2019-25213 | 1 Vasyltech | 1 Advanced Access Manager | 2024-10-30 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
The Advanced Access Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Read in versions up to, and including, 5.9.8.1 due to insufficient validation on the aam-media parameter. This allows unauthenticated attackers to read any file on the server, including sensitive files such as wp-config.php
CVE-2024-3980 | 1 Hitachienergy | 2 Microscada Pro Sys600, Microscada X Sys600 | 2024-10-30 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |
The MicroSCADA Pro/X SYS600 product allows an authenticated user input to control or influence paths or file names that are used in filesystem operations. If exploited the vulnerability allows the attacker to access or modify system files or other files that are critical to the application.
CVE-2024-47170 | 1 Agnai | 1 Agnai | 2024-10-29 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
Agnai is an artificial-intelligence-agnostic multi-user, mult-bot roleplaying chat system. A vulnerability in versions prior to 1.0.330 permits attackers to read arbitrary JSON files at attacker-chosen locations on the server. This issue can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information and exposure of confidential configuration files. This only affects installations with `JSON_STORAGE` enabled which is intended to local/self-hosting only. Version 1.0.330 fixes this issue.
CVE-2024-47883 | 1 Openrefine | 1 Butterfly | 2024-10-29 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
The OpenRefine fork of the MIT Simile Butterfly server is a modular web application framework. The Butterfly framework uses the `java.net.URL` class to refer to (what are expected to be) local resource files, like images or templates. This works: "opening a connection" to these URLs opens the local file. However, prior to version 1.2.6, if a `file:/` URL is directly given where a relative path (resource name) is expected, this is also accepted in some code paths; the app then fetches the file, from a remote machine if indicated, and uses it as if it was a trusted part of the app's codebase. This leads to multiple weaknesses and potential weaknesses. An attacker that has network access to the application could use it to gain access to files, either on the the server's filesystem (path traversal) or shared by nearby machines (server-side request forgery with e.g. SMB). An attacker that can lead or redirect a user to a crafted URL belonging to the app could cause arbitrary attacker-controlled JavaScript to be loaded in the victim's browser (cross-site scripting). If an app is written in such a way that an attacker can influence the resource name used for a template, that attacker could cause the app to fetch and execute an attacker-controlled template (remote code execution). Version 1.2.6 contains a patch.
CVE-2024-49771 | 2024-10-29 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM
MPXJ is an open source library to read and write project plans from a variety of file formats and databases. The patch for the historical vulnerability CVE-2020-35460 in MPXJ is incomplete as there is still a possibility that a malicious path could be constructed which would not be picked up by the original fix and allow files to be written to arbitrary locations. The issue is addressed in MPXJ version 13.5.1.
CVE-2024-45262 | 2024-10-28 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH
An issue was discovered on certain GL-iNet devices, including MT6000, MT3000, MT2500, AXT1800, and AX1800 4.6.2. The params parameter in the call method of the /rpc endpoint is vulnerable to arbitrary directory traversal, which enables attackers to execute scripts under any path.
CVE-2024-47027 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2024-10-28 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
In sm_mem_compat_get_vmm_obj of lib/sm/shared_mem.c, there is a possible arbitrary physical memory access due to improper input validation. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2024-49766 | 2024-10-28 | N/A | N/A
Werkzeug is a Web Server Gateway Interface web application library. On Python < 3.11 on Windows, os.path.isabs() does not catch UNC paths like //server/share. Werkzeug's safe_join() relies on this check, and so can produce a path that is not safe, potentially allowing unintended access to data. Applications using Python >= 3.11, or not using Windows, are not vulnerable. Werkzeug version 3.0.6 contains a patch.
CVE-2024-35308 | 1 Pandorafms | 1 Pandora Fms | 2024-10-25 | N/A | 8.8 HIGH |

CVE-2024-10313 | 2024-10-25 | N/A | 8.0 HIGH
iniNet Solutions SpiderControl SCADA PC HMI Editor has a path traversal vulnerability. When the software loads a malicious ‘ems' project template file constructed by an attacker, it can write files to arbitrary directories. This can lead to overwriting system files, causing system paralysis, or writing to startup items, resulting in remote control.
CVE-2024-49215 | 1 Sangoma | 2 Asterisk, Certified Asterisk | 2024-10-24 | N/A | 7.8 HIGH |
An issue was discovered in Sangoma Asterisk through 18.20.0, 19.x and 20.x through 20.5.0, and 21.x through 21.0.0, and Certified Asterisk through 18.9-cert5. In manager.c, the functions action_getconfig() and action_getconfigJson() do not process the input file path, resulting in a path traversal vulnerability. In versions without the restrictedFile() function, no processing is done on the input path. In versions with the restrictedFile() function, path traversal is not processed.
